Being one of the most respected producers of the golden era of HipHop seems not to be enough for D.I.T.C.'s Diamond D - apperenty his new aim is to make some big cash for his sunset years. I can't explain my sad discovery of his new track elsewise.
Diamond is about to release his new Album called "The Huge Hefner LP" - and what this dude presents to us with that lp has nuthing to do with the good old Diamond D sound. To come to the point: this shit sounds like a disgusting mixture of dipset
("I getz it in") and Kayne("Don't beg").

Well, listen to it by yourself and let me know what you think!

"I Getz It In"

"Don't Beg"

"It'll Be Alright"

It's sad to see that even Diamond is selling his hairy ass now...Well, let's look back to the good days - Enjoy the Showbiz Remix of Diamond's "Sally Got A One-Track Mind" !

Are you dudes serious? Don't Beg and Baby are hot. Those tracks are Diamond D's porgression. What elese would you expect from him since Stunts, Blunts, and Hip Hop? He's like 15 years older now. No one said sh!t when Common SENSE changed his style. Talib Kwelio did the same thing to get a little air play. No one is selling out. Talib brings the same msg, but the song has a radio vibe to get his msg across to a broader audience. If you don't grow, you don't eat.

shit ain't that bad man, i agree with you on the first track, but the others are pretty good IMO, at least dude is still sampling. I'd take this over anything heard on the radio right now, and I hope he does make some cheese cause he deserves it, Diamond is a legend

to change your sound today to make some money is sell out, common sense mos def talib thats sell out what they doin´they have no own style! sorry but thats my opinion, making cheesy rnb sound or some weird synth shit is not kool, real hip hop is the new skool sound! 86 to 92
what is your message worth with crappy beats! nothing, i dont want no fake hip hop with synths or some weird off beat loops no more! no crossover with rock pop or world music.
here in europe we like the east coast sound with kool jazzy samples, and nothing else! go listen to rnb or techno pop or other crap, leave hip hop alone! puffy is guilty that asshole!

who is guilty for that crap sound: puffy, jay z, eminem/dre, nas, kanye, murder inc,50 cent...i dont know who else nowadays, i dont hear that crap.
they sound all fag!!!
kindergarten hip hop, fuck it!
mainstream major sound, thats the enemy, fuck the rnb sell out bullshit..

whole pseudo weird sound...
